Returns & Refunds Policy

At [Floraease.com], we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

1) Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are:

  • unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging;

  • in new, resellable condition.

Items that are opened, used, or not sealed are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see Section 5).

2) Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

3) How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team and include:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout

  • a photo showing the product is sealed/unopened

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4) Return Fee (USD $30)

  • If you use our prepaid return label, a $30 USD return label + handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You may also return the item using your own shipping method (tracked shipping recommended). In that case, return shipping is your responsibility, and the $30 fee will not apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos (and/or a short video) of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on the situation.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If the item meets our eligibility conditions (sealed, unopened, unused), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions (opened/unsealed/used), it will not be refunded.

7) Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or bank dispute, please contact our support team. We can usually resolve issues quickly
