Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks after your order ships.
Most customers receive their order within 10–14 business days, but delivery times can vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs (if applicable), and peak demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carrier issues

  • customs clearance

  • weather events

  • holidays or peak seasons

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • check with household members or neighbors

  • contact the carrier for more details

If you still cannot locate your package, contact our support team within 7 days and we will review your case.
